1. What we provide
PIX LED Rental rents LED display screens for events in Grand Cayman: standard LED posters (2 ft × 6.5 ft), wide LED posters (3 ft × 6.5 ft) and video walls built from these panels (the Expo Wall and Movie Night). Every rental includes delivery, setup, loading of your image or video content, and breakdown and pickup by our crew. Screens remain the property of PIX LED Rental at all times.
2. Prices and currency
All prices on this website are in Cayman Islands dollars (KYD, shown as CI$). Your card is charged in KYD at checkout. You can switch the website to show prices in US dollars for reference only, at the fixed rate of CI$ 1 = US$ 1.20; the amount charged is always the KYD price. Daily rates are per screen or per wall, per event day. Delivery is a flat round-trip fee per panel based on your venue’s zone (see our Delivery Policy).
3. Booking and payment
A booking is confirmed once full payment is received through our secure online checkout. You will receive a confirmation by email, and we will contact the on-site contact you give us by WhatsApp to confirm delivery details and send a proof of your content before the event.
4. Cancellations and refunds
- 7 or more days before the scheduled delivery: full refund.
- 3 to 6 days before the scheduled delivery: 50% refund.
- Less than 3 days (72 hours) before the scheduled delivery: no refund. You may move the booking once to another date within 90 days, subject to availability.
- Delivery fees are refunded in full whenever the booking is cancelled before our crew leaves for your venue.
To cancel, email sales@pixledrental.com with your order number. Approved refunds are made to the original card within 5 to 10 business days.
5. If we have to cancel
If we cannot provide your booking because of equipment failure, severe weather or a safety concern, we will offer a new date or a full refund, at your choice.
6. Your content
You confirm that you own or have permission to use any images, video, logos and music you send us. We may decline content that is unlawful, offensive or infringes someone else’s rights. Content sent later than 48 hours before delivery may not be ready for the start of your event.
7. Venue, power and care of equipment
You are responsible for safe access to the venue, a suitable power outlet near each screen (unless you book a generator), and protecting the screens from damage or theft while they are at your event. Damage beyond normal wear is charged at the cost of repair or replacement. Outdoor screens may be switched off for the safety of guests and equipment during heavy rain or high wind.
8. Problems during your event
If a screen fails during your event, call or WhatsApp us and we will fix or replace it as quickly as we can. If we cannot, we will refund the rental for the affected screen and day. Please raise any other concerns within 24 hours of the event.
9. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Cayman Islands. PIX LED Rental is based in, and operates from, Grand Cayman, Cayman Islands.
