This policy explains what personal information PIX LED Rental collects when you use this website or book our screens, how we use it, and the choices you have. We are based in Grand Cayman, Cayman Islands, and handle personal data in line with the Cayman Islands Data Protection Act.
What we collect
- Booking details: your name, email address, phone or WhatsApp number, company name, billing address, event dates, venue address and setup notes.
- Your content: the images and videos you upload for your screens.
- Payment information: card payments are handled by our payment provider; we do not see or store your full card number. For bank transfers we see the payer name and amount on our bank statement.
- Website use: basic technical information such as your browser type and pages visited, and small cookies or browser storage needed for your cart, checkout and your CI$/US$ price preference.
How we use it
- To confirm, deliver, set up and collect your booking, and to load your content onto the screens.
- To contact you about your booking by email, phone or WhatsApp, including sending proofs of your content.
- To take payment, issue receipts and keep business and accounting records.
- To respond to questions, complaints or refund requests.
We do not sell your personal information. We only send you marketing messages if you have agreed to receive them, and you can opt out at any time.
Who we share it with
We share information only with the service providers we need to run the business, such as our payment provider, website hosting provider and email services, and only for those purposes. We may also disclose information where the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep booking and payment records for as long as needed for accounting and legal requirements. We keep uploaded content only as long as needed to run your event and handle any follow-up requests, unless you ask us to keep it for future bookings.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we no longer need it. You can also object to marketing at any time. If you are unhappy with how we handle your information, you can contact us, or complain to the Office of the Ombudsman in the Cayman Islands.
