Where we deliver
We deliver, set up and collect our screens anywhere on Grand Cayman. We do not currently serve Cayman Brac or Little Cayman.

A video wall counts each of its panels (the Expo Wall uses 3 panels, Movie Night uses 6). The fee covers delivery, setup, breakdown and pickup.
Delivery and pickup times
- You choose a delivery window when you book, either the afternoon before your event or the morning of your first event day.
- You choose a pickup window: the same night after your event ends, or the next morning.
- Setup usually takes 30 to 60 minutes depending on the number of screens. Your content is loaded and tested before our crew leaves.
What we need from you
- An on-site contact who is reachable by phone or WhatsApp during the delivery and pickup windows.
- Clear access to the setup location, including any gate codes, loading bay or lift details.
- A standard power outlet within 15 ft of each screen, unless agreed otherwise.
If our crew cannot get access or no one is on site during the agreed window, we will try to reschedule the same day. A second trip may be charged at the zone delivery fee.
Exports and shipping
We provide a rental service in Grand Cayman only. We do not sell, ship or export any goods, and no equipment leaves the Cayman Islands. There are no export restrictions that apply to our service.
